Description

I've been staking out this tower for weeks, <name>. Recently a major shipment came through from Duskwood, and along with it came those guards.

What are they? Your guess is as good as mine. I can tell you one thing - they aren't human.

Anyhow, the shipment had a chest - which is what I assume those abominations are guarding. The zombie with the spikes holds a key we'll need.

Get that key, get in the tower, and uncover whatever is in that chest. Take your findings back to Mathias.

This would explain the Defias drones you and Kearnen saw outside of the tower, <name>. It would also explain the Venture Company's involvement with the Defias and the strange shipments out of Duskwood.

According to this book, the Zanzil trolls in Stranglethorn have discovered a way to raise the dead through potions... or to be more specific: poison.

You'll be of no use to SI:7 without a firm understanding of poisons, <name> -- especially with the recipe to create undeath at our fingertips.
